Daddy's girl in progress
Ema is finally showing progress. She loves her daddy so much I can just see it in her eys's. She looks at him with this look that just makes your heart melt. She laughs at him and talks to him (still in Vietnamese) and I can only imagine that she thinks he is the coolest dad on the planet. She loves to play with him and today she started kissing him. When he walks into the room she gets so excited! She is still very hesitant on going to him but I feel with just a couple of more days I won't be able to get her out of his arms. He is the most patient person I know. Can you imagine waiting for a child for 2+ years and then once you get her she won't let him hold her. My heart breaks for him because I know that he wants to hold her so bad but she just won't let him. Everyday is a new day and she does something new each day. KIRK I REALLY AM SO PROUD OF YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. THAT WILL BE GREAT AS SHE GETS OLDER AND THINGS ARE NOT JUST LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE, YOUR PATIENCE WILL GET YOUR FAMILY THROUGH IT. okay the second picture is too precious.... that is a look that every lit girl gives there daddy and is thinking, "wow have I got him"

Hang in there just a few more days! I can only imagine how scary it would be to be in a foreign country with a new baby period and then to add a sick baby on top of that - aaaahhh! Kirk - I love the pics
I am so glad to see that Kirk is making progress with Ema. That last picure with Kirk smiling at her...JUST ADORABLE! Hopefully, the next time I read your blog you will have said that her fever has broken. I know it worries you. You will continue to be in my prayers. Be safe. HUGS- Tammy

She is just getting cuter and cuter. Kirk you are going to have your hands full when she's a teenager! We're looking forward to hearing you're heading home and ready to start celebrating Christmas with your Ba Vi Babe.

So great to see a picture of Kirk holding her and she looks happy! Enjoy your last few days! By the way, Tigers won 100-61 last night!! Tag had 21 with 2jactowsi 3 pointers(career high)...Rob was proud!
Kirk you look so happy and we all are proud of you both to finally get your little angel.. Hope you and your wife both are enjoying the blessing that has finally come true. Our prayers are with you three and REMEMBER to bring her by and let us see her when yall get home.
