Just killing time...

At this moment I am sitting in the lobby of our hotel waiting to freshen up so that we can go to the airport and get on a plane to take us home. To say that sounds so good. Kirk and I have been talking all day about how quite our street will be. I have always heard that New York is the city that never sleeps but I swear that it has nothing on Vietnam. There is never a quite moment here. Beeping horns, tons of traffic, scooters everywhere. We have enjoyed our stay here so much and everyone here has been so nice. We checked out of our hotel at 12:00 from then on we walked and walked and walked. Here are some pictures from today.

OUR NEW MORNING ROUTINE SINCE BABY ENTERED OUR LIVES:

Ema wakes up and has Ritz crackers and a bottle of juice.

After her bath, daddy gets Ema ready while mommy finishes up.

Ema loves on daddy and mommy takes pictures because this is a picture perfect moment

The first hotel we stayed at in Vietnam is the Hanoi Elegance 4. We got kinda attached to these people so today we stopped to let Ema tell them goodbye. They were so nice to us and always tried to make us feel at home.

We really enjoyed going to Highlands. The girls there loved Ema. We enjoyed going there and just relaxing. Today Ema decided she would walk and play with daddy.

Thanks for the pics! Munford Elementary School is loving them too! I've told everyone about you guys and shared your website with everyone here and at church. Everyone keep commenting on how beautiful Ema is and love her beaming smile! God has truly blessed you guys with an amazing little girl!
I would really like to help by having you guys some supplies when you get home. I met your Mom Emily last night and told her to let me know if there was anything I can do. So last night, I thought, please let me know what kind of bottles, juice, diapers, wipes, you are currently using and I will get them for you guys today and deliver them this afternoon or 1st thing in the morning. And for sweet Ema, I'll have a case of Ritz crackers waiting. I noticed in a pic she was drinking from a Playtex liner bottles, I have tons of those liners(unopened boxes) that Brayley isn't using anymore. Please email me and let me know what I can get. I want to do this, so let me know! I told JJ, we haven't had the opportunity to get to know one another like we should, but God has blessed you guys with the greatest gift on Earth. I can't seem to get enough of Ema through your blog, so please let me help!
HAVE A SAFE TRIP!!!!!

What a two weeks you have had...such a roller coaster of emotions and events. Now, you are on your way HOME. HOME to the ones who loave and support you. HOME to Payne, Rocky anf the comfots of your own bed. HOME to your church, neighborhood and "Tigers". But most of all, HOME with your long awaited daughter, Ema. HOME as you remember it will never be the same. Your HOME will now house the pitter patter of little feet, slumber parties, and the arrival of Santa Claus. HOME to Ema Li Richardson. So, hurry up and get HOME safely. Love to you all!

Hey Emily and family - Can't believe that it's already been 2 weeks. We're all so excited and can't wait for you to be back. Ema is just gorgeous - and your bigger family looks perfect! The looks in all of your eyes in the pictures tell it all - I know God put you three together before time began - you just fit. Love and miss you much - please don't hold my non-computer love against me! This is our first google. Nathanael and Christy
